POWER
A heated, high-energy strength class that builds muscle, endurance, and burns fat. You’ll use weights for strength work, paired with cardio bursts to challenge your stamina and support your cardiovascular health.
SCULPT
A heated, mat-Pilates based class built on rhythm and strength. You’ll move through targeted work using light weights and higher reps, building to a peak of cardio that pushes your endurance and gets your heart racing. It’s continuous, full-body, and by the end of 50 minutes.. you’ll be dripping.
BURN
A low-impact class with a good burn. You will experience controlled micro-movements, pulses, and holds to build strength, improve posture, and create length and definition. Expect to shake and don’t give up.
IGNITE
A heated strength class focused on deep core and glute activation. We use controlled resistance with bands and weights to build strength through intentional movement—not momentum. Your core and glutes don’t get a break in this one.
GROUND
RESTORE:
This Ground class is designed to reconnect you with your body through breath, strength, and movement. We move through powerful holds and sequences that build deep core stability and activate supporting muscles throughout the body. Each movement deliberately builds control and awareness before transitioning into deep stretches that release tension and lengthen tight muscles. The result is a grounding practice that calms the nervous system and leaves you feeling RESTORED.
FLOW:
Fire up your core in this challenging vinyasa class designed to strengthen and energize. Build endurance, stability, and full-body strength while improving mobility, posture, and balance. You will be guided through a dynamic flow that challenges you, keeps you moving, and leaves you feeling strong and energized. This class incorporates the LYT Yoga Method, an anatomy-based approach to yoga that emphasizes strength, posture, and breath.

Our classes will be heated between 93-105 degrees Fahrenheit during class. All classes are heated unless specified if they are not. Classes that are specified as gentle heat range from 85-95 degrees F.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist to reserve your spot in line.
When you join the waitlist, a class credit (from your membership or pack) or payment is applied to hold your place. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified. This can happen up to 30min prior to class start.
If you do not get into the class, your credit or payment is automatically returned to you.
Waitlists at LŪMA tend to move quickly, so there’s a strong chance you’ll be added in—just be sure you’re prepared to attend if a spot opens.

We’re so excited you would like to try your first mat class with us!
Arrive at the studio 10 minutes early for your class, so we can show you around the studio and help you prepare for class.
Make sure to bring water, a mat, towel, and grippy socks (if you prefer not to be barefoot because there are no shoes allowed in the studio). We have the option to purchase grippy socks and sweat towels, as well as have mat rentals if you don’t have them or forget to bring them!

We offer a 4-minute grace period for all classes. After that, the doors will be locked and entry is not permitted.
This helps us protect the flow of class and create the best experience for everyone in the room. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled and start on time.

We have 2 bathrooms in the studio, which can be used to change before class. We do not have showers available at the studio, so please prepare accordingly.
